BudgetTech's voluntary return terms vary by product and supplier. Any available return window and eligibility conditions are stated on the product page. Please review those terms before ordering.

Products without a stated return window

Products without a stated return window are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Requesting a return

Contact BudgetTech at 4794406007 with your order number, the product and the reason for your request. If a return window is stated on the product page, submit your request within that window. For damage or faults, include photos if available. Contact us before shipping any item back; we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Do not send returns directly to a supplier or our business address without instructions.

Return conditions and costs

Phones and watches

Before returning a device, back up your data, sign out of personal accounts, remove activation locks and erase personal information. Contact us if a fault prevents you from completing these steps. Never send us passwords or account credentials. Include the accessories supplied with the item unless we instruct otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or does not work as described. BudgetTech will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Supplier return restrictions and manufacturer warranty terms do not override your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you of the outcome of your return request and any inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Applicable legal refund deadlines take precedence.
