1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of BudgetTech's website and purchases from BudgetTech. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean BudgetTech. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform; purchases from this store are made with BudgetTech.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please review the product listing, return and refund policy, privacy policy and any delivery information provided before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Do not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its security, distribute malicious software or infringe another person's rights.
3. Product information and condition
We offer electronics, including products identified as new, used or refurbished. Review the condition, model, storage, color, size, connectivity and accessories of your selected configuration. Used and refurbished products may show wear as disclosed in their listings. Images illustrate the product and may not show the exact unit supplied; any material differences must be disclosed.
Carrier compatibility, eSIM support, cellular plans and supported software vary by device. Review compatibility information and contact us if anything is unclear. Do not assume used or refurbished devices retain their original water resistance. Battery-health statements and supplier warranty claims are subject to the qualifications stated in each listing. These qualifications do not excuse supplying a product that fails to match its description.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store. Review the final checkout total, including shipping and any taxes collected, before submitting payment. Additional import charges, if applicable, must be reviewed in the delivery information provided for your purchase. Price changes do not alter an already accepted order unless you agree or applicable law permits.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
5. Orders and availability
Products are subject to availability. We may need to contact you about stock, payment verification, suspected fraud or a material listing error. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items as required by law.
6. Shipping and delivery
Fulfillment arrangements and delivery estimates may vary by product and supplier. Some products may ship from outside your country. Review the delivery information provided before purchase and contact BudgetTech if an estimate or customs arrangement is unclear. We will communicate known material delays and assist with available remedies in accordance with applicable law.
Contact us promptly if your shipping address needs correction or a package is missing, damaged or delayed. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. These Terms do not automatically transfer responsibility for a missing package to you.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our return and refund policy governs voluntary returns. Return windows and eligibility vary by product and supplier and are stated on the product page. Products without a stated return window are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Contact BudgetTech before sending any item back.
Supplier restrictions do not override your applicable legal rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; available options depend on the order's fulfillment status and applicable law.
8. Warranties and device data
No uniform manufacturer or supplier warranty is promised across all products. Any stated warranty coverage, provider and conditions apply to the selected product, subject to applicable law. Contact BudgetTech before arranging warranty service or repairs. Warranty terms do not replace statutory rights against BudgetTech.
Before returning a device, back up your data, remove personal accounts and activation locks, and erase personal information where possible. Contact us if a fault prevents these steps. Never send us passwords or account credentials.
9. Accounts and privacy
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. Do not provide false information or another person's information without authorization.
10. Intellectual property and third-party services
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use it for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without authorization or a lawful basis. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; their display does not imply an affiliation or endorsement.
Third-party links and services may have their own terms. Review them before use. This does not limit BudgetTech's responsibility for purchases made from this store.

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to prior purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory laws and protections applicable to your purchase take precedence.
